Jason opened Neon Dragon in 2005 with the goal of providing high quality body art in a fun, friendly, yet safe and sterile environment.

Jason brought a new mindset to the Cedar Rapids area with regard to Body Art.  With humor and a positive environment, anyone that steps foot into Neon Dragon Tattoo and Body Piercing will immediately see the difference from the 'standard tattoo shop'

Neon Dragon swiftly became one of the leading body art establishments in Eastern Iowa. Not only has Jason won several awards and trophies for his artwork, the studio winning the KCRG A-List every consecutive year since 2008!

Although, his work speaks for itself, underneath his humor Jason is humble.  

"I believe that as artists we are constantly evolving.  We can grow greater and stronger as artists by learning from each other.  Every artist has a different style, which is why I don't see anyone as as 'competition'.
